Lateral Partner, Litigation — Scottsdale

Senior litigation partner opportunity with a well-established national firm’s Scottsdale office. The role focuses on leading complex commercial litigation matters, developing trial strategies, and managing case teams across state and federal courts.

Ideal for a partner with an established, portable litigation practice who can bring and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development in the region. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Established trial and commercial litigation background; substantial partner-level experience.
• Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business and ability to generate new work.
• Bar admission in the appropriate state (or ability to obtain admission) and courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Proven team leadership, business development, and client management skills.
