Top-tier national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Seattle commercial litigation team. The role focuses on leading complex commercial disputes, managing trial-ready matters, and expanding an established litigation practice in the Pacific Northwest.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative bench of litigators and work closely with regional and national colleagues on bet-the-company disputes, commercial contract and business tort matters, and appellate work. The role includes client relationship management, origination and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level commercial litigation experience with track record of leading significant matters and trials or high-stakes hearings
Strong client-development and business-generation capabilities; portable practice welcomed
Excellent written and oral advocacy; ability to mentor and manage teams
Active bar admission in Washington (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice federal courts in the region
