Established national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Albuquerque office. The role will focus on commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on securities-related matters and white-collar defense.

The team handles trial and appellate work for a range of private clients. The firm is looking for an experienced trial lawyer who can lead matters, develop client relationships in the region, and work collaboratively across national practice groups.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, including securities and/or white‑collar matters
Proven trial and motion practice; appellate experience a plus
Demonstrable business development ability and willingness to grow a portable practice
Strong client management and team leadership skills
