Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Century City

Search for an experienced litigation partner to join a leading US-based firm’s Century City office. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation with a strong securities and white-collar component, handling high-stakes matters in federal and state courts and regulatory forums.

The team works across investigations, trial and appellate work, and cross-border securities disputes. The role offers senior client responsibility, case strategy leadership, and collaboration with a broad litigation and regulatory platform.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in securities/white-collar litigation are encouraged to apply; business generation and client management will be part of the partner role.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation with a substantive securities and/or white-collar practice.
• Proven courtroom and trial experience and comfort handling high-stakes matters and government investigations.
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California (or willingness to obtain admission).
