Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation practice in Cleveland with a strong securities and white-collar defense component. The role will involve leading complex commercial and regulatory disputes, handling investigations, and managing trial and appellate matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in developing and mentoring a litigation team, collaborating with national colleagues, and helping grow the local practice. A portable practice or established client relationships in litigation or securities investigations is welcome.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, including securities and white-collar defense
Proven track record of originating or managing complex commercial and regulatory disputes
Experience supervising associates and contributing to business development
Bar admission in Ohio or ability to obtain admission
