Established partner-level litigation experience, with significant securities and/or white-collar litigation matters.
Proven record of leading trials, investigations, or large contested proceedings.
Demonstrated client relationships and a portable practice or the ability to develop one.
Admission to the relevant jurisdiction(s) or willingness to seek admission; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
