Top-tier international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation team, with a focus on securities-related litigation and white-collar matters. The role is litigation-heavy and will involve leading high-stakes disputes, conducting trials and significant motion practice, and advising clients on enforcement and regulatory exposure.

The partner will manage and develop a team of litigators, work closely with practice leaders across the U.S., and help grow the firm’s securities and white-collar practice in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and cultivate client relationships is highly valued.

Partner-level experience in securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
Proven trial and complex-motion experience; strong courtroom presence
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable business preferred
Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible) and JD from an accredited law school
