Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Fresno litigation team with a strong securities and white‑collar practice. The role will focus on courtroom and investigative work, representing private clients and corporate respondents in complex disputes and regulatory matters.

The team handles a mix of contested litigation, enforcement defense, and securities‑related matters. The hire will take a hands‑on trial role, mentor junior lawyers locally, and collaborate with national practice groups on multi‑jurisdictional matters.

• Proven trial and investigatory experience in litigation, securities enforcement, or white‑collar matters.
• Track record of originating or handling significant matters; portable client relationships welcomed.
• Strong legal writing, courtroom presence, and ability to supervise associates.
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to obtain admission; experience in federal and state courts preferred.
