Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Laramie litigation team, with a focus on securities-related disputes and white-collar matters. The role will provide partner-level responsibility on contested matters across state and federal courts and regulatory forums.

The successful candidate will join a compact litigation group handling private clients and defense-side securities work. This is a front-facing partner role with opportunities to develop or bring a portable practice and to mentor junior litigators.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
Proven trial and motion experience in state and federal courts or strong regulatory enforcement background
Track record of business development; portable practice welcomed
Ability to supervise associates and manage client relationships in a partner role
