Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Long Island litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a significant securities and white‑collar component, advising private‑company clients and defending complex matters in state and federal court.

The successful candidate will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the regional litigation practice. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcome.

Established partner with substantial litigation experience, including securities or white‑collar matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience and comfort handling complex federal and state litigation
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Bar admission in New York (or ability to become admitted) and strong client management skills
