Established partner with significant securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense experience
Licensed to practice in California (or able to qualify quickly)
Proven trial and courtroom experience, plus regulatory and enforcement matter experience
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or book of business welcomed
