Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, Los Angeles

Established U.S. law firm is hiring a partner to join its Los Angeles litigation group, with a focus on securities-related disputes and white-collar matters. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory litigation across state and federal forums.

The team represents private clients and corporate respondents in high-stakes matters; candidates should be comfortable managing trials, investigations and cross-border coordination where required. The group is open to a variety of billing arrangements and seeks a partner who can contribute both litigation leadership and client development.

• Partner-level litigation experience with a focus on securities and white-collar matters
• Proven trial and courtroom experience handling commercial or regulatory disputes
• Track record of originating or developing client relationships; a portable practice is welcomed
• Licensed to practice in California (or able to obtain admission)
