Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, New York

Leading practice group in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join its litigation and securities team focused on matters in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The role will handle complex securities-related litigation, regulatory and enforcement matters, and related white‑collar work for sophisticated corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will join a cross‑disciplinary team serving life sciences, digital‑health and healthcare companies, contributing both courtroom and regulatory experience. This is a senior role with responsibility for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and coordinating with nationally based colleagues.

• Established partner with significant experience in securities litigation, enforcement or related white‑collar matters.
• Substantial experience representing healthcare and life sciences clients, including digital health matters.
• Proven trial, investigation or contested‑matter experience and ability to manage complex matters end‑to‑end.
• Track record of business development; portable client relationships preferred.
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and ability to work in the New York office.
