Senior litigation partner role for an established US law firm seeking an experienced trial and regulatory litigator to join its Ontario office. The position focuses on commercial litigation, securities-related disputes and white‑collar matters, handling client-facing responsibilities and leading case strategy from intake through trial or resolution.

The team regularly advises private clients and represents firms in enforcement and transactional‑adjacent disputes. The role requires partnership-level client management, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to firm growth through business development and client retention.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, with substantive securities and/or white‑collar matter experience
Track record of leading complex commercial litigation matters and supervising teams
Strong client development and relationship management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination potential is a plus
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to gain admission
