Senior employment and labor litigator sought to join a well-established national practice in Ontario. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in workplace disputes, regulatory matters and related litigation across a range of industries.

The team handles high-volume and complex matters; the hiring partner will lead matters, develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. The position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced partner to grow a portable practice within an established platform.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment litigation.
Track record of originating and managing client matters; portable client relationships preferred.
Strong trial and motion experience, with ability to lead teams and supervise associates.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in the United States.
