Ideal candidates will lead trials and investigations, manage high-stakes disputes, and work with cross-Atlantic and national colleagues on coordinated matters. This is a partner-level seat with opportunities to develop and expand a portable practice within an established platform.

Established partner with a proven litigation practice, including significant securities or white-collar enforcement experience.
Track record of leading matters, managing teams, and developing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Bar admission in California (or ability to waive/obtain) and strong trial and motion experience.
Comfort working on technology-sector and complex commercial disputes with national and regulatory dimensions.
