Growing Philadelphia office seeks a Lateral Partner to lead and expand a litigation and securities practice focused on healthcare and life‑sciences clients, including digital health matters. The role combines high‑stakes securities litigation and white‑collar defense work for company and executive clients.

This is a senior leadership role: you will manage major matters, develop business, and mentor associates while collaborating with a broader national/regional practice group. The firm offers an established platform and resources to support complex regulatory, enforcement and commercial litigation.

Proven partner‑level experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense, ideally with healthcare or life‑sciences clients
Track record of managing complex cases and supervising litigation teams; trial experience preferred
Demonstrated business development ability or a portable client base (commercially viable book of business preferred)
Active bar admission and excellent client relationship and leadership skills
