A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its Pittsburgh litigation team, focused on commercial litigation, securities litigation and related white‑collar and regulatory matters. The role will handle contested matters across trial and appellate levels and advise on securities-related disputes and investigations.

The firm is looking for a partner who will take a visible role on cases, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the local practice. Candidates with an existing portable practice or proven ability to originate and develop client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level litigation background with significant experience in securities litigation, regulatory investigations or white‑collar matters.
Demonstrated trial and/or appellate experience and a record of leading litigation teams.
Proven business development skills and ability to bring or build a portable practice.
Bar admission in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain admission; strong client-facing and mentoring capabilities.
