Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a national U.S. firm’s Portland office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with substantial securities and white‑collar/ enforcement work, handling matters from investigation through trial and appeal.

The firm is looking for a partner who can develop and lead client relationships locally and nationally. Candidates with an existing portable practice or client relationships in litigation/securities enforcement are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level litigation experience, including securities and white-collar matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience and a track record of handling complex litigation
Strong client development skills; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
