Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its litigation practice in Rapid City, with a particular emphasis on securities-related disputes and white‑collar matters. The role will focus on courtroom litigation, investigations, and handling complex regulatory and enforcement issues for a mix of private and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team and have the autonomy to develop a local bench and regional practice. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated client origination ability; strong trial and investigative experience is highly valued.

Experienced litigation partner with a track record in securities litigation and/or white‑collar investigations.
Extensive trial and courtroom experience; ability to lead matters from intake through trial and appeal.
Proven client development skills; a portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability is desirable.
Admission to practice in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission.
