The successful candidate will join an established litigation group, supervising teams, managing complex matters, and working directly with private clients and institutional respondents. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Partner-level experience in litigation, securities litigation, or white-collar defense
Admission to the Utah bar (or ability to obtain) and substantial trial or contested-hearing experience
Track record of matter management, client relationship development, and team leadership
Portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate business preferred
