Senior litigation partner role in Shelburne for an established practice focusing on securities disputes and white‑collar matters. The position involves leading complex contested matters, guiding trial and investigation strategies, and supervising more junior lawyers.

Ideal candidate will be client‑facing, able to originate and grow work, and comfortable managing cross‑practice teams on regulatory, enforcement and civil litigation engagements. The hiring team is open to candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships.

Established partner or equivalent with substantial litigation experience, including securities and/or white‑collar matters
Proven track record of leading investigations, enforcement responses or trials
Client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience supervising associates and managing multi‑discipline teams; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
