Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Silicon Valley litigation team handling securities disputes, investigations and related white-collar matters. The role will involve leading complex commercial and regulatory litigation, managing trial teams, and advising private clients and corporate respondents on high-stakes matters.

The ideal hire will split time between case strategy, courtroom advocacy and client development, mentoring junior lawyers and working closely with cross-practice colleagues on regulatory and enforcement work. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in securities litigation, regulatory investigations or white-collar defense
Track record of leading litigation teams and courtroom/trial experience
Strong business development and client-management skills; portable work welcome
Ability to mentor associates and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
