Opportunity for a partner to join a busy litigation team in Spokane handling commercial litigation and securities-related matters, including white-collar and regulatory defense work. The role will focus on trial and contested work for private clients and corporate respondents.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable litigation practice or the ability to generate partner-level matters and will handle all phases of contentious matters from investigation and motion practice through trial. The team provides a platform for business development, cross-office collaboration and access to national litigation resources.

This is a partner-level opening; the practice is best suited to experienced litigators with a proven track record in securities or white-collar defense and an appetite for client-facing business development.

Established partner-level litigation practice with experience in securities or white-collar matters
Proven trial and motion practice experience
