Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Tampa office. The role will focus on commercial litigation with a significant securities and white-collar component, handling complex disputes and enforcement matters for a diverse client base.

The team handles high-stakes litigation from motion practice through trial and appeals. The incoming partner will collaborate with senior litigators across practices and contribute to case strategy, client counseling, and courtroom advocacy.

This is a partner-level role for candidates with a proven litigation track record; a portable practice or demonstrable client-development ability is welcome.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active litigation practice experience
Established track record in commercial litigation, securities-related disputes, or white-collar defense
Demonstrable trial and courtroom experience, including dispositive motions and hearings
Business development skills and ability to grow a practice; portable book of business preferred
