Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. litigation team, with a primary focus on securities disputes and white‑collar defense. The role involves leading high‑stakes investigations, enforcement matters and complex civil litigation for domestic and multinational clients.

Ideal candidates are seasoned trial and enforcement lawyers with substantial securities and white‑collar experience who can manage significant matters, supervise teams, and interface directly with clients. The team offers a platform to handle high‑visibility matters across regulatory and civil forums.

The firm welcomes partners with an established, portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability who can contribute to and grow the practice in the D.C. market.

• Admitted to practice in D.C. (or able to obtain promptly)
• Proven partner‑level experience in securities litigation, enforcement or white‑collar defense
• Strong trial and courtroom experience, or substantial experience managing complex investigations and regulatory matters
• Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable practice preferred
