Well-established national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner in Wilmington to lead and expand its litigation and securities enforcement work. The role will focus on complex commercial disputes, securities-related matters and white-collar regulatory investigations across state and federal courts.

The firm is looking for a partner who can originate and manage matters, mentor more junior litigators, and work collaboratively with national teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

Partner-level litigation experience, including securities or white-collar matters.
Proven track record of managing complex civil or regulatory litigation and supervising teams.
Ability to bring or develop client relationships; portable business welcome.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission).
