Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy Silicon Valley office focused on high-stakes commercial and tech-related disputes. The team handles trials, complex motion practice, and pre-trial strategy for clients across the region.

Ideal candidates are first-chair trial lawyers with a demonstrable track record of managing matters from intake through trial and appeal. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop client relationships is welcome.

• Established trial and courtroom experience as first chair on significant matters
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy; experience with complex commercial or technology disputes
• Bar membership in California or eligibility to waive/obtain admission
