Leading national litigation practice is seeking an experienced first-chair litigator to join its Tampa office. The role focuses on managing significant commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, leading trial teams, and developing strategic case plans for complex disputes.

The firm offers partnership with firm-wide resources and a platform to expand an existing practice. This is a partner-track lateral opportunity for candidates who can lead matters, originate business, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Proven first-chair trial experience and a track record handling complex commercial litigation.
• Established, portable litigation practice and demonstrable client relationships preferred.
• Strong business development skills and ability to originate work.
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates; excellent oral and written advocacy.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
