Leading national law practice is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Chicago office and strengthen its technology-focused litigation team. The role will handle complex commercial and class-action matters with a significant technology, privacy, or data-protection component.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy and trial work, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on privacy and data-protection issues, and play a visible role in client development. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national reach and to build or bring a portable practice.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and in good standing
Established partner-level litigation experience, including complex commercial and class-action matters
Demonstrated expertise in technology-related disputes, privacy, or data-protection issues
Proven trial or dispositive motion experience and ability to manage major matters and teams
Business development aptitude; portable practice welcome
