Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, Los Angeles (Downtown)

Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Litigation team in downtown Los Angeles. The role will focus on technology-related disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection matters, working with national and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation practice that handles complex, high-stakes civil litigation and regulatory matters involving digital-privacy issues and technology platforms. This is a client-facing role with leadership responsibilities on significant matters.

• Established litigation partner with substantial experience handling technology-related disputes, class actions, and privacy/data-protection cases.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
• Exceptional trial and written advocacy skills, plus experience supervising teams and developing junior lawyers.
• Licensed to practice in California or able to transfer eligibility; downtown Los Angeles presence required.
