Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, Los Angeles

Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and expand a technology-focused litigation practice in Los Angeles. The role will handle complex commercial disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection matters for a broad client base.

The successful candidate will join a full-service national firm and work with established litigation teams across the US, managing courtroom and appellate work as well as counseling clients on privacy and technology-related risk.

• Established partner with a strong litigation background, including class action and technology-related disputes
• Experience advising on privacy and data-protection matters (incidents, regulatory response, compliance)
• Proven trial and motion experience and ability to manage teams and client relationships
• Portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred; California bar admission or ability to qualify
