Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national litigation team in New York focused on technology-related disputes. The role involves leading high-stakes commercial and class action matters with a focus on privacy, data protection and other technology-driven litigation.

The successful candidate will supervise case strategy and trial preparation, manage teams of associates, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. • Admission to the New York bar (or eligible for admission)
• Established partner-level experience in complex commercial litigation, including class actions and technology/privacy disputes
• Proven trial and/or dispositive motion experience and ability to supervise teams
• Demonstrated client development skills and an existing book of business or clear ability to originate work
