Leading Los Angeles office seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation team with strong practices across technology, life sciences, and real estate disputes. The role will handle complex commercial litigation matters for sophisticated corporate clients and work closely with transactional and industry-focused teams.

The successful candidate will bring courtroom and trial experience, the ability to lead teams on high‑stakes matters, and a commercial approach to client service. Portable client relationships are welcome and will be supported as the partner builds a West Coast platform.

Established partner or senior counsel with significant commercial litigation experience
Proven track record in technology, life sciences and/or real estate disputes (trial experience a plus)
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California (Los Angeles office)
