Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a commercial litigation practice in the firm's Santa Monica office. The role will focus on technology, life sciences and real estate-related disputes, with matter work spanning Southern California and Silicon Valley.

The successful candidate will handle complex commercial and technology-related litigation matters, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on bet-the-company and high-value disputes. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established commercial litigation partner with substantial trial and motion experience
Experience handling technology, life sciences and/or real estate disputes
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and business development
California bar admission (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant courts
