Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established national law practice in San Francisco focused on complex commercial litigation arising from technology companies and products.

The role will lead and develop high‑stakes matters, supervise teams of associates, and work closely with clients on strategy, discovery (including e‑discovery and privacy issues), and motion practice. The team handles class action, privacy/data protection and other tech‑related disputes.

Applicants should have an active California bar admission, a demonstrable track record of winning results in technology or privacy litigation, and the ability to develop or bring a portable practice.

Admission to the California bar and eligibility to practice in federal courts
Established partner track record in technology‑related commercial litigation, including class actions or privacy matters
Proven trial and motion experience and comfort managing e‑discovery and data‑privacy issues
Business development capability; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
