Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy San Francisco practice handling high‑stakes commercial disputes. The role will focus on technology and life‑sciences matters with additional work in real‑estate related commercial litigation.

The partner will lead complex litigation teams, manage client relationships, and help grow a regional technology and life‑sciences disputes practice. The team regularly handles disputes originating in Northern California and Silicon Valley.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable record of originating or expanding business are welcome and will be considered in hiring decisions.

Established partner-level commercial litigation experience in the technology and/or life‑sciences sectors; experience with real‑estate related disputes a plus.
Proven track record running litigation matters, supervising teams, and handling client relationships.
Business development capability — ability to originate and grow client work; portable client relationships preferred.
Admission to practice in California or eligibility to obtain admission.
