Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Litigation team in Washington, D.C., with a strong focus on technology-related disputes and regulatory matters. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, class actions, and privacy/data-protection disputes for a mix of institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-practice platform that partners with cybersecurity, data-privacy, and regulatory groups. This is an opportunity to take a senior litigation role in a high‑visibility office with resources to support large, technical matters.

Portable practice or business development capability is welcome; the firm values partners who can both service existing matters and grow new client relationships.

• Established partner-level litigation experience with substantial technology, privacy, or cybersecurity matters.
• Proven skills in managing complex commercial and class action litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution.
• Strong business-development record or demonstrable ability to cultivate client relationships; portable practice welcome.
• Active admission (or ability to obtain admission) in Washington, D.C., and strong professional references.
