Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its trusts & estates litigation practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on handling contested probate/trust matters, fiduciary disputes, and related civil litigation across high-net-worth and institutional clients.

The partner will manage complex courtroom work, supervise associates, and work closely with private wealth and estate planning teams to provide integrated client solutions. The firm is looking for a rainmaker or experienced originator comfortable bringing and expanding a portable practice.

Established track record in trusts & estates litigation (contested probate, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation).
Proven trial and motion experience; courtroom presence and strong written advocacy.
Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills; portable business preferred.
Bar admission in California and ability to work in the Los Angeles office; experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
