Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to lead and grow a contested trusts & estates litigation practice. The role combines courtroom litigation with estate planning dispute work and client counseling.

Ideal for a partner with a portable practice who can manage complex probate, trust and fiduciary matters, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development in the region. The team handles high-value, often multi-jurisdictional estate disputes.

Partner-level experience in contested trusts, estates and fiduciary litigation
Proven trial and motion practice; courtroom experience handling probate/trust disputes
Ability to bring or grow a portable client base and lead client development
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible for admission)
