Lateral Partner — Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Leading litigation firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office and expand an established trial and arbitration practice. The role focuses on high-stakes commercial disputes and international arbitration matters, working on cross-border and domestic litigation for sophisticated clients.

Successful candidates will lead complex cases, manage teams of lawyers, and contribute to business development. The team handles trials, arbitrations, and other dispute-resolution proceedings across multiple industries.

There is an expectation that the hire will bring a portable practice and contribute materially to the office’s client base and revenue growth.

• Established partner-level litigation experience, including trial and arbitration advocacy.
• Demonstrated track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships (portable practice preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; capable of supervising associates and driving case strategy.
• Bar admission in D.C. or eligibility to obtain admission.
