Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team focusing on white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. The role will involve leading complex criminal matters, conducting internal and government-facing investigations, and appearing in court and before regulators.

The team represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes enforcement matters and collaborates closely with other practice groups on cross-cutting regulatory issues. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can contribute substantive experience, help expand the practice, and mentor junior colleagues.

Significant partner-level experience in white-collar criminal defense and government investigations.
Proven courtroom and/or investigative experience handling complex matters.
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain admission) and strong academic and professional references.
Track record of client development; a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate business is welcome.
