Seeking a lateral partner to join a highly regarded litigation practice in Silicon Valley focused on white-collar and complex government enforcement matters. The team handles high-stakes, trial-ready investigations and litigation for corporate and individual clients.

The role is best suited to an established trial-oriented litigator with demonstrable experience in white-collar defense, internal investigations, and related bench or jury work. There is an expectation of bringing a portable practice or client relationships to help grow the regional platform.

• Established partner-level experience in white-collar criminal defense, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation
• Proven trial experience and comfort with high-stakes courtroom work and major investigations
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable business expected
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong references (confidential)
