Lateral Partner — Litigation, White Plains (Westchester County)

Experienced trial lawyer sought to join a well-established litigation team in the White Plains/Westchester County area. The role is first-chair focused and will handle high-stakes civil litigation across state and federal courts.

The position offers responsibility for leading matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing or expanding a portable practice. The team handles a broad range of commercial disputes; candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of cases from intake through trial.

• Proven first-chair trial experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Active admission to the New York bar (or eligible for admission).
• Track record of business development or a portable client base preferred.
• Strong management and mentoring skills; ability to lead trial teams.
