Senior partner opportunity in Paris for an experienced M&A lawyer to join and strengthen a busy corporate practice. The role will support and expand an existing Energy & Infrastructure M&A capability while covering generalist corporate and buy‑side/sell‑side M&A work.

The team seeks a lead dealmaker with a strong track record in private equity or industrial M&A. Candidates with a portable practice are preferred to complement current capacity and to help drive new business in the region.

Established partner with significant M&A experience, particularly in private equity or industrial transactions.
Proven experience leading complex buy‑side and sell‑side deals and managing deal teams.
Portable client relationships / book of business preferred.
Fluency in French and experience working in the Paris market; local admission or eligibility to practise in France advantageous.
