Partner opportunity with a leading international law firm’s Singapore corporate practice, focused on M&A and private equity. The role will lead complex buy- and sell-side transactions and advise financial sponsors and corporates across the region.

The firm is seeking a senior transactional lawyer to grow and steward a portable practice, provide client relationship leadership, and work with an established cross-border team.

Proven partner-level track record in M&A and private equity transactions.
Portable client base / demonstrable book of business.
Experience leading cross-border deals and managing teams.
Qualified or eligible to practise in Singapore (or able to obtain local authorisation).
