Leading national practice seeks a lateral partner to join a transactional team advising on M&A, private equity and infrastructure/project finance matters, including real estate and technology-related transactions. The role will involve advising sponsors, corporates and lenders on complex cross-border and domestic deals.

The position requires a partner who can contribute fee-generating work and help develop the practice — a portable transactional practice and demonstrated origination capability are essential. The team offers collaboration with senior deal lawyers across finance, corporate and real estate disciplines.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A and private equity; experience in infrastructure/project finance and real estate transactions preferred.
Proven origination track record and an existing portable practice/book of business.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills on complex cross-border transactions.
Ability to lead deal teams and work across corporate, finance and real estate disciplines.
