Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles corporate team, focused on M&A matters in the media and entertainment sector. The role offers responsibility for originating and leading transactions, advising strategic and private equity clients, and growing a high‑visibility practice.

Ideal for a partner with a portable practice in media/entertainment M&A who can manage deal teams, drive client development, and collaborate across offices on complex cross‑border and domestic transactions.

• Partner-level experience with a track record of leading M&A deals in media, entertainment or adjacent industries
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business preferred
• Strong team leadership and project management skills on high-value transactions
• Admission to practice in California (or willingness to transfer) and excellent academic and professional references
