Must be admitted and actively practising US law (US qualification required).
Proven partner-level M&A transactional experience; experience on IP-related transactional matters preferred.
Track record of originating or sustaining client relationships and a portable practice.
Ability to lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices on cross‑border matters.
