Senior partner opportunity in New York to lead and grow the firm s Intellectual Property and Corporate practices. The role is aimed at established partners with deep IP and/or corporate experience who can bring or expand a portable practice and work collaboratively across offices.

Priority areas include patent and IP litigation and corporate transactional work, with flexibility to support related capabilities such as mass torts and ERISA where relevant. The team seeks a partner who will develop client relationships, coach fee-earners, and contribute to cross-office business development.

Open to candidates who wish to be considered for other U.S. offices as part of a regional growth plan; compensation and equity arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Established partner with a proven record of originating and leading matters in IP litigation and/or corporate transactions.
Portable client relationships or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Strong trial and/or transactional experience, depending on practice focus; ability to mentor and build teams.
Willingness to collaborate across multiple offices and support regional growth initiatives.
Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) and relevant technical or industry background for IP roles.
